Have you ever seen rubies with silver inclusions?

I have a big ruby with silver looking inclusions and various black and white lines in it. It was shipped to me from an ebay merchant who meant to ship me a broach with smaller stones. This one is big about 25-30 kts and I was wondering why his starting price would be 99 cents for it. Are rubies cheap now or do the big ones just not fetch a good price even though they are pretty in their own way with so many inclusions?
