What kind of paint do punk kids use to paint their leather jackets? Where can I get some?

According to punkcore.com, the best kind of paint to use on leather is acrylic based paint because it bends with the leather instead of cracking. They also say it's a good idea to use a "matte finish acrylic sealer" (*not* glossy) in a spray can that you get in art supply stores. For large coverage areas such as sleeves or lapels, they recommend acrylic-based spray paint, and say to cover the rest of the jacket with newspaper so that you don't get paint on it. Another suggestion they have is to use paint pens from art supply stores or Wal-Mart.
