What should I wear to Electric Daisy Carnival? I need help making up my mind!?

I've never been before so I need help making up my mind -- I don't know what to expect! I picked out some bright (neon green, coral...), short & tight mini-dresses and basic black leggings to wear under (so my ass isn't hanging out). Plus some crazy shades and colorful bracelets. I'm thinking of making some crazy glow-in-the-dark kandi bracelets..?
