What's a very small tattoo design idea for hands or wrist?

I'm very scared of getting a tattoo, so I want to get a very veryy small something on the insides of my wrists, or on the corner of my hands by my thumbs.

I know I could get a star, but they are soooo cliche. Everyone has stars. I wouldn't know what else to get.

And when I say small, I'm talking about a centimeter. And no bigger.
