I inherited a pure gold skull ring with ruby eyes, does anyone know of any organizations this might be from?

The sides are worn off, almost completely, but it appears as if one side may have had some sort of bird on it.

The ones that comes to mind are Nazi rings. Most of them was simpler and made of silver but there were more expensive ones too. The Nazis were occult and the rubies are a powerful tool for warlocks. If I recall it correctly it was thought that the ruby eyes could read the mind of other persons.
